We have developed a strength and conditioning program that allows you to develop your core and balance first to avoid all injuries and imbalances. It BUILDS you up from the inside out.

  • BUILT’s Two Track programming classes ensure proper form, safe movement, and reduce the risk of injury.

  • Personal Programming – Group classes with a personal touch – Not everyone is BUILT the same way, and no two people are alike. Our coaches will challenge you to your best abilities and provide you with 1 on 1 attention while in a group class so you have more drive and motivation to be your best. Personal fitness, nutritional, and life goal setting and keeping.

  • Regular body composition testing and monitoring to ensure our programming and your nutrition are meeting your needs

  • Two class options available during all classes Strength & Conditioning/CrossFit and BUILT.

  • BUILT has no barbells, focus is on developing core, imbalances across your entire body while working on strength and conditioning.

  • Strength & Conditioning revolves around Olympic lifting, powerlifting, and sports specific development and training.
