We offer a Free Private 1-on-1 Coaching Session or a Free Class for everyone new to Built ATX. When you choose 1-on-1 or our Free Class, we’ll show you around, tell you more about what we do and how we do it, and put you through a workout. Wear comfortable workout gear and bring a water bottle – we have cold filtered water on site.

STEP 2: PRIVATE FUNDAMENTALS
If you’re New to Built ATX, all of our Start Up Fundamental Membership’s are Private 1-on-1 sessions with an experienced and certified CrossFit Coach. In your sessions you’ll learn about all of the movements, lifts and exercises that you’ll find at Built ATX ALONG with having the best workout of your life. You’ll learn what weights to use and how to scale/modify to make the movements work for your abilities. You’ll also learn about nutrition, mobility, flexibility and how to use our online performance tracking app!
Once you complete your private Foundational Classes, you will GRADUATE!
STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP!
As soon as you finish Fundamentals, you will graduate. Your Built ATX Coach will go over all of the different plans that will meet your needs! All of our memberships come with Personal Training. You and your coach will discuss your best options!
